SHIPPING POLICY
Last Updated: 26th May 2026
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver parcels as quickly as possible, however, there can on occasion be delays due to either supplier shortages or special order items. Under these circumstances, we will let you know as soon as possible when you should expect your parcel.
Typical Delivery Times
UK — 3 to 5 working days
EU - 5-7 working days
RoW - 7-10 working days
Delivery Costs
Shipping rates are estimated at checkout. Delivery costs for most of our parcels are calculated using a packing algorithm utilising the box sizes contained in our warehouse and prices obtained from the delivery provider. We reserve the right to contact you for further payment on the rare occasion that our calculation is incorrect, and we are not able to absorb the difference.
Delivery Methods
We use Royal Mail, Fedex, and UPS for the majority of our shipments. Whilst we try to use the same delivery provider selected at checkout, we reserve the right to change the delivery supplier if necessary. We may do this if your parcel is overweight for the selected delivery service, if our supplier uses an alternative provider, or if the delivery quote at checkout was incorrect.
Special Shipping Rates
A small number of items may require special shipping rates that fall outside of our standard parcel sizes, for example, overweight packages. These items are priced individually and shipping estimates can be viewed at checkout.
Multiple Shipments
We try to ship our parcels in a few packages as possible. However, we will post items in multiple packages if that means they will get to you sooner. When this happens we will absorb the shipping cost for you, so you do not need to worry about any extra charges. If you would like us to partially ship your order please contact us by email at info@centretap.co.uk
Tracked Packages
Most of our parcels are shipped with tracking information. If we have access to the tracking information we will send it to you by email. Where possible we will also send text message updates so that you know where your parcel is and when it will be delivered. Packages that are not shipped via a fully-tracked service include delivery confirmation instead.
